This position leads the development and commercialization of API-led banking solutions across global transaction banking, treasury services, and digital asset platforms. It plays a critical role in embedding banking services into client ecosystems while ensuring scalability, compliance, and long-term product innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the API product vision and roadmap aligned with transaction banking and digital strategy
  • Drive adoption of API and open banking capabilities across payments, liquidity, escrow, and trade finance solutions
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle including design, launch, scaling, and optimization
  • Enable integration of banking services into ERP, TMS, and partner digital ecosystems
  • Collaborate with fintech partners to develop innovative financial use cases
  • Establish pricing models, commercialization strategies, and value realization frameworks
  • Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and client adoption metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including UAE Central Bank and international standards
  • Embed risk controls, governance frameworks, and operational resilience within API solutions
  • Work closely with technology, business, and control functions to ensure alignment and delivery
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Finance, or related discipline
  • 12-18 years of experience in banking, fintech, or digital product management
  • Strong expertise in API platforms, open banking, and digital transformation
  • Experience with transaction banking, treasury, and digital asset solutions
  • Proven track record in product lifecycle management and commercialization
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance
