- Offer general administrative support including managing phone calls, emails as well as correspondence
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and conferences as well as maintaining calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports as well as presentations as required
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of information
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, including processing invoices and reimbursements
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Support human resources functions such as managing employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and assisting with recruitment activities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops as well as training sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- The suitable candidate must have a Degree in a relevant course
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar position required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using office software including word processing, spreadsheet as well as presentation applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
- Experience in human resources support is desirable
