- Lead daily operations of Pierchic, ensuring seamless service and compliance with Jumeirah standards
- Deliver personalized guest experiences and resolve service escalations effectively
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, cost control, and upselling initiatives
- Oversee team performance through training, coaching, and engagement activities
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cashiering to maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance outlet profitability and brand positioning
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine-dining environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian preferred
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high service standards
