- Develop and implement the SAARC regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across SAARC markets (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Afghanistan)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, establishing long-term client relationships
- Forge strategic partnerships to accelerate platform adoption and market penetration
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional strategy with business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across the SAARC region
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting
- Proven experience in B2B sales within iGaming targeting SAARC markets.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in diverse regional markets
- Strong understanding of SAARC business cultures, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel across SAARC markets as required
