Identifying mega business opportunities, assessing their viability, and determining if they align with company's strategic goals Creating a comprehensive plan to secure the opportunity, including understanding the client needs, identifying competitive advantages, and developing a compelling proposal Leading the creation of proposals, ensuring they are well structured, persuasive and meet the client's requirements Working with various internal teams ( sales, engineering, marketing and finance ) to ensure alignment and effective execution of the capture strategy Overseeing the entire capture process, including tracking progress, managing risks, and making necessary adjustments Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and proposal performance for effective implementation of capture strategy Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to negotiate T&C's to close the deal Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering - Qualification in Business Administration is a plus 10+ years of experience in a similar position Experience on Mega and complex projects Capturing Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS office suite and proposal management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem solving Strong Leadership skills Project management skills Similar industry experience Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
