Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Foreman for a marble cutting factory. The role will oversee machine operations within the factory, ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and guide machine operators while minimizing material wastage.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of marble cutting machines within the factory.- Operate and oversee marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.- Read and interpret cutting drawings to ensure accurate production.- Monitor production processes to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.- Lead and manage a team of machine operators, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in the factory.Requirements- Proven experience working in a marble or stone processing factory.- Strong knowledge of marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.- Ability to read and understand technical cutting drawings.- Experience in supervising or leading machine operators.- Good understanding of production efficiency and wastage control.- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Benefits- Salary plus benefits
