Senior Construction Engineer - Geotechnical and Rock Stabilization - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Lead construction engineering activities for geotechnical, tunneling, and major earthworks projects
• Participate in planning and execution of ground investigations, drilling, blasting, and slope stabilization works
• Inspect and test materials used in rock stabilization and geotechnical construction operations
• Monitor drilling and blasting processes to ensure regulatory compliance and safety adherence
• Analyze testing data and prepare detailed quality control and performance reports
• Review, approve, and issue construction drawings and technical specifications
