Director - Real Estate Finance

• Support origination, structuring, and execution of real estate finance transactions across multiple client segments
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for complex deals
• Review commercial real estate loan portfolios and identify refinancing or restructuring opportunities
• Collaborate with coverage, credit, and product teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, banks, and real estate professionals

• Support preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial performance metrics

• Supervise preparation of reports and ensure timely delivery of accurate financial information

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate finance or banking environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate sectors including hospitality, retail, office, and residential
• Understanding of real estate debt markets, syndicated loans, and capital markets
• Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and deal structuring skills
• Experience with LMA documentation and financing structures
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value transactions
