From day one, you will work closely with experienced engineering and operational teams while gaining visibility across multiple FAMCO business units.At FAMCO, this role builds a strong foundation in both engineering and data, opening long-term career opportunities across the business and the wider Al-Futtaim Group.What You Will Do
  • Support day-to-day engineering and workshop operations
  • Gain exposure to aftersales, service, and technical support functions
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational activities
  • Work with data to track and analyse performance metrics such as:
  • Equipment uptime
  • Service turnaround time
  • Use tools such as Excel
  • Assist teams in identifying improvement opportunities using data
  • Gain exposure across different FAMCO business units as part of your development

  • Basic data literacy with the ability to work with numbers and performance metrics

About the TeamYou will be part of FAMCO, a key business within Al-Futtaim Automotive, supporting industries such as commercial vehicles, power solutions, construction equipment, and material handling.The team includes experienced engineers, technicians, service leaders, and operational specialists who work closely together to deliver reliable engineering solutions to customers across the UAE. You will be supported through structured learning, on-the-job coaching, and real business exposure.What Equips You for the Role
  • UAE National (Family Book required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial, IT, Computer Science, Statistics or any related discipline
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (Power BI is an advantage)
  • Curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in engineering, operations, and data
