- Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls, Stealth watch.
- Experience in monitoring tools.
- Knowledge about change, incident and problem management.(ITIL/ITSM experience)
- Experience on reporting tools.
- Customer handling experience
- CCNA,CCNP level certification at least
- Good communication skills.
