Department: Kitchen🔎 About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Pastry Commis III, where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.In this role, you’ll thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle East’s competitive hospitality market.💼 What You’ll Do

Support senior pastry team members in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Support in preparing mise-en-place for service.
Assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section, equipment, and tools.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Hotel Management.
1 year work experience or internship in the similar field.
Basic knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and kitchen equipment.
