  • Oversee share registrar operations including dematerialization, listing, and shareholder record management
  • Manage IPO processes such as allotments, refunds, and rights issues across financial markets
  • Supervise dividend distributions, account transfers, and related financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and market standards
  • Monitor operational risks and maintain control dashboards and key risk indicators
  • Conduct process reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, regulators, auditors, and financial market entities
  • Lead system integration initiatives including UAT, data migration, and process improvements
  • Manage customer service activities related to issuer services and shareholder inquiries
  • Support invoicing, billing, and VAT-related processes
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance oversight for team members and outsourced staff
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and governance forums
Ideal Profile
  • Experience in capital markets operations, issuer services, or registrar functions
  • Strong understanding of IPO lifecycle, dividend processes, and shareholder services
  • Ability to manage operational risk, controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with financial markets such as ADX and DFM
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
