- Support accounts payable processes to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Manage digital documentation using platforms like SharePoint.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure correct financial procedures are followed.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team on daily operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounts payable (internship experience also accepted).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or file-management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
