- Process guest payments accurately using cash and credit systems
- Collaborate with restaurant and service staff to deliver smooth food and beverage service
- Ensure compliance with local food handling and alcohol service regulations
- Physically fit to lift and move up to 23 kilograms, with flexibility to bend and kneel when required
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order handling and transactions
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in Dubai and compliance with local regulations
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and guest-focused approach
