• Provide specialized anesthesia services for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents undergoing elective and emergency surgical procedures
• Design individualized anesthesia plans considering patient medical history, surgical complexity, and perioperative risk factors
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration and oversee safe recovery during the post-anesthesia period
• Participate in pediatric emergency response teams and support critical care interventions when required
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists, residents, and clinical trainees
• Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and anesthesia practice standards
• Participate in clinical education programs, medical simulation training, and professional development activities
• Maintain compliance with hospital clinical governance policies and healthcare regulations

• Medical degree with residency training in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology from a recognized medical institution
• Board certification such as American Board, UK CCT, Canadian FRCP, or equivalent recognized qualification
• Two to five years of post-fellowship experience practicing pediatric anesthesia
