- Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
- Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
- Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
- Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
- Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
- Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management or similar.
- Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors in the GCC would be beneficial.
- MUST have worked on other 5* star resorts, ideally within the GCC.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Confident working on own on projects.
