The role provides technical oversight for irrigation networks and landscape construction activities, ensuring proper coordination between design consultants, contractors, and project teams. It plays a key role in delivering sustainable landscape assets and ensuring compliance with project requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Review landscape, irrigation, and hardscape design packages and provide technical feedback
- Evaluate engineering submittals including shop drawings, materials, and method statements
- Supervise construction activities related to landscape and irrigation systems
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers
- Support preparation of reports, manuals, and technical documentation
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Assist in issuing site instructions and resolving construction-related issues
- Ensure accuracy of as-built drawings and completed works documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution and handover
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with site safety protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Agriculture, or Architecture Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape and irrigation projects
- Strong knowledge of hardscape detailing, drainage, and external finishes
- Experience in softscape works including planting, grading, and horticultural practices
- Familiarity with construction supervision and project coordination
- UAE equivalency certificate is required
- Experience in GCC projects is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
