  • Ensure correct wine storage, temperature control, and appropriate glassware service

  • Maintain high standards of presentation and guest interaction in fine dining service
Ideal Profile
  • Three to five years of experience in Michelin-star or equivalent fine dining restaurants
  • Level 2 qualification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust
  • Strong knowledge of international wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles
  • Experience preparing wine lists and managing wine inventory systems
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • International hospitality experience preferred
