- Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and potential successors within the organisation.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership development.
- Maintain and update succession planning frameworks and databases to reflect organisational needs.
- Facilitate talent reviews and provide insights to senior management on employee development plans.
- Support the design and delivery of training programmes tailored to future leadership requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in succession planning processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices in succession planning and talent management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning and talent management principles.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analysing workforce data and providing actionable insights.
- Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools relevant to succession planning.
- Competitive salary package ranging from AED 410400 to AED 501600 annually.
