The position of Senior Associate-Succession Planning UAEN requires expertise in succession planning within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on supporting the Human Resources department to ensure effective talent management strategies.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and potential successors within the organisation.
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership development.
  • Maintain and update succession planning frameworks and databases to reflect organisational needs.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and provide insights to senior management on employee development plans.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programmes tailored to future leadership requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in succession planning processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices in succession planning and talent management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
