- Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for SHARE shopping products and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze shopper behavior and segmentation data to identify growth opportunities, triggers, and customer engagement patterns.
- Define value propositions and positioning for loyalty-driven shopping experiences across discovery, in-app engagement, and checkout journeys.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional launches, and retail offers with clearly defined audience targeting, messaging, and performance metrics.
- Develop detailed creative and campaign briefs while coordinating with CRM, product teams, creative studios, paid media specialists, and external agencies.
- Manage the product marketing roadmap focusing on improving purchase frequency, basket value, redemption rates, and customer retention.
- Align internal stakeholders and business units with clear communication strategies and structured campaign governance.
- Monitor marketing performance using dashboards, campaign reporting, and test-and-learn experimentation frameworks to optimize results and drive incremental revenue.
- Partner with business intelligence teams to analyze campaign performance and guide data-driven marketing decisions.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or loyalty program marketing across regional or global markets.
- Proven background working in retail, grocery, fashion, FMCG, or loyalty-driven digital platforms.
- Strong ability to convert customer insights and research into actionable marketing strategies and value propositions.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across CRM, paid media, digital platforms, and in-app marketing channels.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, analytics, creative, and retail business units.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, dashboard reporting, ROI analysis, and marketing experimentation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
