Vendor Operations Specialist - Marketplace Key Accounts and Inventory Coordination - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Support regional and local vendor operations teams to improve operational metrics and vendor performance.
• Assist vendors in operational setup and processes to ensure smooth onboarding and marketplace participation.
• Coordinate resource planning with picker and store teams based on demand forecasts and operational needs.
• Track operational processes including vendor onboarding, catalog clean up, inventory integrations, and operational audits.
• Support regional initiatives and projects that enhance vendor operations and marketplace performance.
• Conduct daily monitoring of vendor performance including inventory availability and price accuracy.
• Identify issues related to product availability, pricing, or catalog data and resolve them promptly.
• Analyze vendor assortment and performance metrics including order trends and out of stock products.
• Share market level reports and insights with local teams to support vendor optimization strategies.
• Create operational processes for vendor support activities including device management and uniform requests.
• Act as a point of contact for operational or technical vendor issues and assist in resolving incident tickets.
• Collaborate with vendor coordinators across markets to exchange best practices and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform routine checks to ensure operational processes are followed and completed consistently.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics operations, vendor operations, or supply chain coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of vendor operations and marketplace management processes.
• Experience in demand forecasting and operational resource planning preferred.
• Ability to document operational procedures and develop clear process guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review operational data and identify actionable insights.
• Problem solving ability with confidence in resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Understanding of grocery or marketplace operations considered an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross functional teams and vendors.
