- Implement and drive the Key Account Strategy within the assigned territory.
- Develop deep market insights by understanding current and potential customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and applicators, offering solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Generate leads and engage directly with main contractors to secure business deals.
- Achieve sales targets through both direct sales (contractors) and indirect sales (applicators/traders).
- Take full ownership of pricing and profitability to deliver sales ambitions.
- Drive portfolio growth by securing product approvals in collaboration with marketing and specification teams.
- Report to the Segment Manager with clear business insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Promote Henkel's vision, values, and leadership culture through daily actions and interactions.
- Strong passion for sales and business growth.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workload independently.
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative team player.
- Action-oriented, energetic, and motivated to achieve results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Background in building materials or construction industry is an advantage.
