Data Analyst:Interpret data related to healthcare operations, patient encounters, and clinical outcomes to identify trends and insights.Analyze healthcare data using statistical and data mining techniques to support decision-making in patient care, quality assurance, and operational efficiency • Design and conduct analysis of health data, utilizing epidemiological methods and health statistics • Work collaboratively with clinical teams to understand data needs and implement measurement strategies • Monitor Projects Progress and evaluate the performance ensure compliance with the Deadlines • Establish and maintain processes for translating complex data into actionable information for clinicians, care teams, and management • Validate the accuracy of data which involves checking the data against the standards, rules/criteria including the format specifications, data types/constraints to ensure the accuracy and reliability. • Develop reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical business stakeholders identifying Health Insights • Provide actionable insights and advice to the management based on the deep dive analysis • Execute leadership requests end-to-end (from identifying core questions to be answered, laying out data requirements, collecting data, developing insights and preparing a brief presentation on key findings
