- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
- Check prices and coordinate with production for timely deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices.
- Generate sales reports for performance tracking.
- Maintain customer and price list databases.
- Regularly update customer information.
- Monitor and update customers on delivery status.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
- Prepare the required brochures.
- Follow up on inquiries and facilitate client show rounds.
- Contract bookings, raise invoices, and coordinate client details.
- Respond to internal meeting requests.
- Assist in implementing the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
- Encourage repeat business through client networking.
- Contribute ideas to marketing initiatives and actively promote them.
- Maintain contacts with professional bodies and potential clients through networking events.
- At least 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a sales coordination role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
