- Ensure on time posting for cafes, boutique, production if anything pending should be highlighted with concern departments
- To ensure all day to day transactions, GRN, GRV, transfer orders and sales Invoices should be closed/posted
- Supervise and maintain real-time record of all perishable products and to minimise product expiry and stock out
- Monitor and provide customer service support for efficient communication with customers
- To follow-up for Pending GRN and submit all the purchase invoice to finance department within time frame
- Manage all product related correspondence with centralized purchase for new purchase
- Coordinate with purchasing department to obtain goods ordered if any OOS (specially short shelf life / perishable etc) or else day to day orders
- Strong communication with IT team for any system related issues to avoid the delay in warehouse operations
- Monitoring and updating the ‘Reserved’ location to match with physical inventory and to reconcile with delivery notes
- Reconciliation of physical dispatch vs delivery notes on weekly basis (specially Samples and Gifts)
- Should have strong knowledge of system (WMS) and can be part of system enhancement
- Monitor monthly inventory and cycle counting process and ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Monitor efficient shipment of materials to customers, perform reservation as per planning team and business head’s needs
- Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations
- Ensure compliance of all Quality, Safety requirements as per legal requirements & company policy.
- Responsible for the safety of all team members, reporting all incidents and accidents immediately to line managers.
