The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryThe Sales Executive - Rental is responsible for driving sales of pre-owned construction and heavy equipment by identifying customer needs, promoting suitable machinery solutions, and closing profitable deals. The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate machine availability, pricing, and timely delivery, while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity in the used equipment segment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Promote and sell used heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts.Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations when required.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully.Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection, availability, and delivery.Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales reports.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.Follow up on payments, documentation, and handover of equipment.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in sale of Heavy MachineryAbility to work independently and in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLinguistic skillsGood knowledge of used machinery and equipment conditionsStrong sales and negotiation skillsDepartment Heavy Machinery Locations SharjahContact Talent Acquisition OfficerAbout Al Marwan GroupFounded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.Founded in 1978 careersite--jobs--form-overlay#showFormOverlay">Apply for this job jobs--overlay#unobserveClickOutside common--modal:closed-
