- Work closely with the Director to facilitate and drive overall portfolio and portfolio company reviews.
- Provide strategic input to optimize portfolio performance and align with organizational goals through efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust performance analytics processes for both portfolio and investment evaluations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to refine investment strategies based on performance analysis.
- Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive commentary on LP reports, offering valuable insights into portfolio performance and key strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- 7 - 10 years experience within portfolio review/investment analysis/ performance analytics at a similar asset manager or within financial sponsor coverage at an international bank.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Good knowledge of alternative investments
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Some proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.
