Strategy Growth and Business Development Executive Director

• Develop a long-term vision and strategic plan in coordination with cross-functional teams and based on mandate post its departure to ADQ and as detailed in the Incorporation Law.
• Oversee the risks associated with critical initiatives and the risk mitigation strategies developed by the strategy department.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ESG strategy and ensure conformity with mandate
• Review strategic ESG plans and related regulatory reporting requirements.
• Direct the development and review of the overall corporate strategy and vision in collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors and support the overall process of planning and decision making to ensure meets its short- and long-term strategic targets.
• Lead the development of future growth opportunities and set a clear strategy of development for the upcoming years to contribute to economic and social development.
• Oversee all organizational assessment activities by monitoring organizational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and highlighting and addressing any discrepancies.
• Oversee the assessment of strategic priorities and roles for businesses in the portfolio, to translate those priorities into specific investment guidelines and budgets.
• Review and approve the pre-qualification process and endorse related thresholds and minimum requirements.
