Review and issue daily maintenance schedules while verifying work orders to ensure availability of resources.
Prepare and follow up preventive and routine maintenance plans for plant equipment and systems.
Monitor execution of maintenance activities and highlight potential delays or risks to management.
Prepare weekly site meeting agendas and present maintenance and inspection performance updates.
Participate in Permit to Work meetings to resolve maintenance planning issues affecting operations.
Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and update the maintenance management system with relevant data.
Maintain equipment history records, preventive maintenance schedules, and work order databases.
Coordinate job preparation activities including manpower estimates, spare parts requirements, and support services.
Participate in the preparation of backlog reports, maintenance performance reports, and operational updates.
Ensure timely availability of maintenance resources and monitor daily progress of maintenance activities.
Support the development and improvement of maintenance planning procedures and operational workflows.
Contribute to monitoring maintenance KPIs and identifying opportunities for improved operational efficiency.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance planning within a large industrial organization.
Experience working in plant maintenance environments within the oil and gas or heavy industry sector.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, work order processes, and preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to coordinate technical teams, maintenance schedules, and resource planning effectively.
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with attention to operational performance.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Skills Set
