  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of TRS equipment and tools
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical faults and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure all repair activities comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on repaired equipment before deployment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair reports, and workshop documentation
  • Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure availability of spare parts and tools
  • Participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments within the workshop
  • Report safety incidents and assist in investigations when required
  • Support training initiatives and mentor junior technicians when assigned
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes
Ideal Profile
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair within oilfield services
  • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting TRS equipment
  • Strong ability to work in a workshop environment with safety awareness
