
Sales Engineer - MEP & HVACR

- Drive new business in MEP, HVACR, and construction sectors through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Prepare and present customised technical proposals, quotations, and solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions to assess requirements and recommend the best-fit products.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, ensuring a strong market presence.
- 2–3 years’ sales experience in MEP, HVACR, valves, pumps, or sanitary ware in the UAE.
- Proven ability to sell technical solutions to contractors and consultants, meeting and exceeding targets.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Currently living in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is mandatory – professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results driven, tenacious and customer driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
