Location: Tawazun Industrial Park, Abu Dhabi, UAERole PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated Engineer II to join our Guidance & Control department. In this role, you will contribute to the execution, support, and development of advanced guidance and control systems. You will work closely with senior and principal engineers, developing your expertise and growing toward becoming an independent G&C systems designer.
This position is ideal for engineers with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience, and a passion for aerospace, control systems, and advanced technology applications.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExecutionSupport and execute key departmental capabilities including (but not limited to):
  • Modeling & Simulation
  • Guidance & Control Algorithms
  • Tracking Systems
  • Estimation and Optimization Filters
  • Software Development (SIL & PIL)
  • Lab Testing & Performance Verification (HIL Tests)
  • Mission Planning
  • Flight Testing
Engineering Support
  • Provide technical contributions to senior engineers.
  • Take ownership of design, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering tools and analysis systems.
Flight Testing
  • Pre-Flight Preparation
  • Flight Testing Execution
  • Post-Flight Data Analysis
Mentoring
  • Support and mentor Junior Engineers and Engineer I team members.

Experience & QualificationsExperience
  • 4-6 years of engineering experience in Guidance & Control or a closely related field.
  • Experience with 6-DoF simulations, guidance algorithms, and control systems applied to guided weapon systems.
  • Completion of basic engineering training specifically in G&C systems is preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Embedded Systems
  • Or any relevant engineering discipline
