- Lead assigned scopes of electrical engineering for auxiliary systems in HVDC and HVAC platforms.
- Deliver engineering work for renewable energy projects in collaboration with project teams.
- Plan, budget, organize, and control electrical engineering deliverables.
- Prepare and review design packages for all project phases.
- Liaise with HVDC/HVAC technology partners and manage engineering subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance on electrical engineering queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance throughout design and project execution.
- Support construction, commissioning, and start-up activities, coordinating with other disciplines.
- Identify and resolve progress or quality concerns, recommending corrective measures.
- Provide technical solutions and advice for diverse electrical engineering challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in an engineering design company.
- Strong track record in offshore HVDC/HVAC and process platforms for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in ETAP, AGi32, ERP, EDMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of IEC/IEEE standards and classification rules from DNV_GL, BV, and other authorities.
- Proven capability in leading electrical design deliverables in EPC environments.
- Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and coordination skills.
