Your dedication to early childhood education will be instrumental in shaping the developmental path of these young minds, inspiring them to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:**Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.**Provide nurturing and responsive care, ensuring each child's needs are met with patience and understanding.**Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.**Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and overall well-being.**Adhere to best practices in early childhood education, staying up-to-date with the latest theories and methodologies.Requirements:**Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.**Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.**Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.Benefits:**Competitive TAX-FREE salary up to 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED per month (not including housing allowance, but assistance will be provided in finding housing).**FREE visa and medical insurance.Gratuity bonus as per UAE labor law.**Paid holidays.**A 2-year renewable contract.Cultivating the growth of young minds is an incredibly fulfilling journey.
