The Consultant OB GYN Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality care to women across all life stages, ensuring safe pregnancy management, effective treatment of gynecological conditions, and patient-centered healthcare services.Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for women including pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause management
- Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and diagnosis of gynecological conditions
- Perform deliveries including normal births and Caesarean sections
- Offer prenatal care including ultrasounds, laboratory tests, and genetic counseling
- Develop treatment plans for complex gynecological conditions and perform necessary surgical procedures
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and fertility options
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated patient care
- Stay updated with advancements in obstetrics and gynecology practices
- Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- American Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Consultant OB GYN Specialist
- At least 3 years of experience in UAE or GCC region preferred
- Valid DHA or MOH license or eligibility
- Strong clinical and surgical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Western-trained education or clinical background required
- Obstetric and gynecological clinical management
- Surgical procedures including Caesarean sections
- Prenatal and postnatal care
- Reproductive health counseling
