They do a first-rate job, which means that any passengers who step into the VIP terminal will be greeted by them. A Butler s role as first point of contact is critical, as they must provide the best possible experience for our passengers upon arrival and departure.RESPONSIBILITESKey responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.
Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.
Providing passengers with personalized service.
Having a thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.
Maintains the privacy of passengers information and activities.
Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION

Bachelor s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years experience in 5* hotel/luxury resort industry
Knowledge of another language is big plus.

SPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLS

Great interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
Excellent in customer service
Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)
