· Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, layouts, and
· other creative elements for both print and digital media.
· Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design collateral.
· Create engaging and eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, advertisements, brochures, banners, signage, and other marketing materials.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
· Conduct photo editing and retouching as needed.
· Collaborate with external printing vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Work closely with other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years in a similar capacity
· Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative designs across various platforms.
· Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
· Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Working hours:· 6 days a week
· 1 day Weekly off except (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday), no fixed day-off depending on the operational requirements
