- Lead the development of project plans, including health and safety, quality control, and execution strategies
- Define program requirements and monitor deliverables against agreed criteria
- Assign responsibilities to team members based on qualifications and expertise
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors, securing additional work when needed
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address potential cost or schedule overruns
- Coordinate resources across disciplines to build effective and collaborative project teams
- Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and execution plans in alignment with client requirements
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and drive technical excellence across all phases
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders
- Act as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 18 years of project management experience in infrastructure and master planning projects
- Strong experience working in Dubai on large-scale development programs

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing complex challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams
