• Lead and participate in audits covering branch operations across the group and international network
• Evaluate operational processes, controls, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Ensure audit activities align with annual audit plans and are completed efficiently
• Act as a key liaison with branch operations management providing advisory support and insights

• Guide and mentor junior audit team members through training and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 6 to 10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of branch operations, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in auditing financial institutions or banking environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
