Finance Transformation Manager Financial Systems and Shared Services Strategy - Al-Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Oversee financial reporting cycles and support month end closing activities including P and L performance reviews and post closing analysis
• Collaborate with controlling and accounting teams to review monthly provisions and financial reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, analysis presentations, and board level summaries for leadership review
• Conduct headcount and cost reconciliations against approved budgets and validate resource allocations with department leaders
• Lead preparation and consolidation of Latest Estimates and annual budget planning for key regional markets including UAE and Egypt
• Manage cost allocation processes across divisions and provide detailed cost driver analysis and explanations
• Coordinate with finance and controlling teams to finalize billing templates and financial adjustment processes
• Lead digital transformation initiatives within the finance shared services center using agile project management approaches
• Review Business Requirement Documents and Cost Benefit Analysis to support finance system transformation projects
• Facilitate coordination between finance towers and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives
• Track transformation initiatives, escalate operational blockers, and maintain action trackers and project documentation
• Translate financial insights and operational data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
• Professional finance qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous
• Strong experience in finance transformation, financial planning, or shared services environments
• Knowledge of financial reporting processes including R2R, O2C, and procure to pay cycles
• Experience managing cross functional finance and technology transformation initiatives
