Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ARE - Civil (Architect/Engineer - Civil) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our civil engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and overseeing various civil infrastructure projects in the region.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams for complex civil engineering projects
Review and provide constructive input on project designs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to local building codes and regulations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from conceptualization to completion
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop innovative solutions for project challenges
Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team
Participate in business development activities and proposal preparation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent local qualification
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and relevant engineering software
In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Experience working on international projects is highly desirable
Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
Willingness to travel for project site visits and client meetings
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of civil engineering
