Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the Executive Director and selected staff, including, but not limited to travel arrangements, reimbursement support, calendar operations, and othersProvide support for annual budget processSupport contract preparation and execution of external engagements for researchers and collaboratorsProvide support for procurement and chartfield managementProvide support for event planning, including, but not limited to speakers’ travel and accommodation, venue management, event marketingServe as liaison to all Client’s admin functionsRequired SkillsBachelor’s degreeUsed to work with external stakeholders, rolling out of project deliverables to high-profile stakeholdersExcellent time managementSuperior organizational abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management, and ability to work with executive-level colleaguesPrior knowledge of Concur, Zoom, Teams, Webex, Outlook agenda, Office
