  • Design, develop and monitor integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud OIC
  • Deliver end-to-end OIC implementation projects with Oracle HCM Cloud as a boundary system
  • Configure and manage HCM data extracts within Oracle Integration Cloud for data export
  • Develop REST and SOAP web service integrations for inbound and outbound system communication
  • Implement Oracle Fusion integration capabilities including APIs, events, file-based integrations and FTP processes
  • Perform XSLT transformations and manage integration mapping requirements
  • Configure API security protocols and implement structured error handling mechanisms
  • Manage deployment activities and integration lifecycle governance
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to define technical architecture and integration strategy
  • Integrate cloud-based applications with on-premise databases and legacy enterprise systems
  • Support implementation of VBCS or Oracle Apex applications aligned with integration requirements
Ideal Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud OIC design and development
  • Proven experience delivering at least two full lifecycle OIC implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Compensation, Core HR, Employee, Job and OTL
  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion integration framework and event-driven architecture
  • Experience implementing API security and structured interface error handling
  • Strong architectural thinking with ability to propose scalable integration solutions
  • Experience integrating cloud applications with databases and legacy systems
  • Exposure to VBCS or Oracle Apex implementations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
