  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory management, or program management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple levels
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in developing compliance strategies and execution plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Experience in process development and continuous improvement is an advantage
