- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and overall coordination
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation accurately
- Support daily HR operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate with different departments and employees to ensure smooth HR processes
- Handle employee-related coordination including visa renewals, passport renewals, and vehicle license renewals
- Manage and track Group Life Insurance and Workmen Compensation Insurance, including additions and deletions
- At least 1 year of HR experience within the UAE
- Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
