- Implement the Oracle Project Management, & Time Labor module across the group.
- Implement the Dashboard and new reporting structure across the finance & HRMS
- Providing the training to all Super user & end user.
- Work with Implementation Partner for the Oracle Billing and collection solution with salesforce integration.
- Meet with end users to define and identify on-going business and operational requirements, including the resolution of existing system issues.
- Review, analyze and document business processes, workflow, and operating procedures to re-engineer and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review and analyze issues and collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to improve data flow management.
