  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and operational reports for management and operational teams
  • Prepare monthly operational performance reports covering contract logistics, automotive logistics, freight management, and transportation operations
  • Monitor job level margins against estimated costs and escalate profitability concerns when performance falls below targets
  • Compile and distribute MIS reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual operational performance analysis
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new business initiatives and logistics product development opportunities
  • Support business expansion projects by preparing data driven business cases and financial analysis
  • Review operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to design new logistics products and operational solutions
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Track effectiveness of implemented process improvements and present results to management
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analytical insights to support senior management decisions
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with specialization in computer engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in logistics analytics, business intelligence, or operational reporting roles
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain processes, and business performance metrics
  • Experience using BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex operational data
