- Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
- Job Posting: Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods—job boards, social media, and networking—to find qualified candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Interviewing: Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Offer Extension: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires’ integration into the company.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics: Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
- Coaching: Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Arabic and English Speaker
