- Lead and manage the emergency department ensuring efficient operations and quality care delivery
- Diagnose and treat acute medical and surgical emergencies across all age groups
- Perform advanced procedures including airway management, trauma resuscitation, and cardiac stabilization
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and evidence-based emergency care practices
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of medical teams
- Mentor junior doctors, residents, and healthcare staff to strengthen clinical capability
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient flow and emergency care pathways
- Conduct audits, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support continuing medical education
