- Configure and support Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues
- Handle firewall configurations and security policies
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and optimization
- Troubleshoot routing and switching issues (L2/L3)
- Ensure network performance, uptime, and SLA adherence
- Work closely with L1 and L3 teams
- Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Hands-on with Aruba wireless and switching solutions
- Network monitoring tools experience
- Good incident and change management exposure
- CCNA / CCNP
- Palo Alto (PCNSE) – added advantage
- Aruba certifications
